Towels, Lockers, Life Vests & More
CHANGING ROOMS
There are changing rooms that include restrooms and showers in all waterpark areas.
LOCKERS
Electronic lockers are available throughout our waterparks and can be rented with exact cash or a credit card at any locker kiosk. Your resort RFID wristband is your locker key, and up to four wristbands can share one locker. Locker rentals can be transferred between waterparks at no additional charge and expire at the end of each operating day.
POOL TOWEL PROGRAM
Complimentary pool towels are available at all Wilderness waterparks. Use the towel cards provided at check-in to receive towels at any towel kiosk. Exchange used towels for fresh ones anytime during your visit. You're also welcome to bring your own towels from home. Before departure, please leave your towel cards or towels in your guest room.
LIFE VESTS
Each waterpark has a limited number of children's life vests available. For assistance, please stop at our lifeguard station.
WATERPARK EATERIES
Fuel your fun at the waterpark! Enjoy quick bites at our indoor and outdoor waterpark eateries, featuring burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, salads, refreshing drinks, and more. Bar service is also available.
- No coolers, glass containers or carry-in food & beverages allowed. These items will be removed by security.
RETAIL KIOSKS
Find convenience items and waterpark essentials such as sunscreen, sunglasses, goggles, water toys, gifts, and more at Wild WaterDome and Lost World Waterpark.

🚩 Notes on Water Safety:
- Because the water depth in some pools exceeds 5 feet and may include strong currents and wave action, The Wilderness Resort requires children under 12 years of age to be under direct supervision of a parent or qualified adult at all times.
- We strongly urge small children and non-swimmers to wear life jackets. A limited numbers of life jackets are available at lifeguard stations for your use.
- Wisconsin State Code HFS 172.29 states the use of hot tubs by children under 6 years of age is strictly prohibited.
- Complete waterpark rules and individual slide restrictions are posted in each waterpark to assure a safe and fun experience for all.

REGISTRATION
When you arrive, please have your valid photo ID along with the credit card used for your deposit ready to present.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY
- Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in waterpark areas and throughout the resort.
- Some attractions have height, weight, and other safety requirements posted at each location. Please follow all posted rules for your safety.
- Hot tubs are not permitted for children under age 6 (per Wisconsin regulations).
- Waterpark surfaces, including decks, steps, and locker areas, may be slippery when wet. Please use caution and appropriate footwear.
- In the event of severe or changing weather, certain outdoor or waterpark areas may close. Guests must follow staff instructions immediately for safety.
WRISTBAND & ACCESS
- Waterparks are included with your stay and are issued at Check-In.
- Lost wristbands can be replaced for a $50 fee. Unused wristbands are non-refundable. All sales are final.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
- Wilderness Waterparks & Resorts is a privately owned property.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate resort policies or behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
SMOKING / VAPING
- Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas.
- All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking and non-vaping.
- A minimum fee of $250 per night will apply for violations.

- Pets are not allowed on resort property.

PHONES & CAMERAS
For guest safety, phones, cameras, and other recording devices are not allowed on any slides.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
- Prior to arrival, all lodging accommodations are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using hospital-grade cleaning products, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.
- Our laundry facility utilizes ozone cleaning technology and UV light disinfection for all sheets, blankets, and towels.
- To provide added privacy and peace of mind, stayover housekeeping service is not provided automatically during your visit.
- Stayover service is available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like stayover housekeeping service or additional room amenities, please dial "0" to reach Guest Services. Our team will be happy to assist you.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
- Video surveillance is used in public areas of the resort for guest and employee safety.
- In-Room Safes and lockers in our waterparks are available for storing valuables, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
PAYMENTS & CHARGES
- Guests agree that all room charges, resort fees, taxes, incidentals, and damage-related charges will be billed to the payment method on file.
- Please be aware that if you have provided us with your debit card for a deposit or payment, the charges will be processed immediately. Should you decide to change your method of payment, we will process a refund to your card that day, however, it may take your bank 7-10 business days to finalize the refund transaction. The Wilderness is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges.
- No personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in. Any check payments must be received, and cleared, at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Guests may be charged for damage, theft, or excessive cleaning identified after departure (up to 72 hours after checkout).
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Large units such as our Villas, Condos, and Cabins require, or may require, a minimum refundable security deposit of no less than $1000.
ROOM CHARGING
- If you have a valid credit card on file for your room, you may make charges using your resort issued RFID wristband at on-site food outlets, restaurants, attractions and gift shops, as well as Sarento’s and Field’s restaurants.
- Room Charging is not available after 11 AM on your day of checkout.
EXTRA PERSON FEES
Any additional guests added to your reservation after booking may be subject to additional charges of $50 per person/per day if the total number of guests exceed the base amount. Additionally, all rooms have maximum occupancy restrictions.
QUIET HOURS
To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
ACCESSIBLE UNITS
The Wilderness offers a variety of ADA Accessible room features to cater to different accessibility needs. If you have reserved an accessible unit, please confirm at check-in that your room type meets your specific accessibility requirements. Our Guest Services team is here to assist you and ensure that your room provides the necessary accessibility features, so you can be confident that it meets your needs.
REQUESTS
When possible, we make every effort to accommodate requests such as room location, specific room numbers, or connecting rooms. However, we cannot guarantee requests.
GRILLING
Use of personal charcoal and gas grills, as well as deep fryers, are strictly prohibited. Public Charcoal Grills available on a first come first serve basis.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show on the date of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited, and the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
